2. No Guarantee of Financing
Submitting an inquiry, prequalification form, application, or supporting documentation does not guarantee approval, an offer of financing, or the receipt of funds.
Any prequalification, estimate, financing option, or preliminary discussion is provided for informational purposes and is not a binding commitment. Final approval and terms are determined by the applicable lender or financing provider after completing its review and underwriting process.
Financing products, rates, fees, terms, and availability may change at any time.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to evaluate or process your financing request.
You represent that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the business identified in your request. You agree not to provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
Magenta Commercial Capital and its financing partners may rely on the information you provide when evaluating your request. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay processing or result in the denial or withdrawal of a financing option.
4. Authorization to Share Information
By providing separate authorization through one of our forms or agreements, you authorize Magenta Commercial Capital to share the information and documentation submitted in connection with your financing request with prospective lenders, financing providers, and service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate, present, process, or service your request.
This authorization does not transfer your SMS consent to any lender, financing provider, affiliate, or other third party. Your consent to receive text messages from Magenta Commercial Capital applies only to messages sent on behalf of Magenta Commercial Capital.

5. Credit and Verification Authorization
Submitting a general inquiry or prequalification form does not, by itself, authorize Magenta Commercial Capital or any financing provider to obtain a consumer or business credit report unless the form or a separate agreement clearly includes that authorization.
When required, credit inquiries, identity verification, bank-account verification, or other due-diligence activities will be subject to separate disclosures and authorizations.
6. Broker Compensation and Fees
Magenta Commercial Capital may receive compensation from a lender, financing provider, or other party in connection with a completed financing transaction. This compensation may be paid directly by the financing provider, included in the financing transaction, deducted from financing proceeds, or otherwise reflected in the applicable offer, approval, financing, or closing documents.
Any fees for which you are responsible will be disclosed in the applicable transaction documents before the transaction is completed. By signing or otherwise accepting those documents, you acknowledge and agree to the fees and compensation described within them.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By voluntarily selecting the SMS consent checkbox on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Magenta Commercial Capital regarding your inquiry, application, financing options, document requests, appointment reminders, status updates, and related follow-up.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or obtaining financing.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and service providers.
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to lenders or financing partners.
